Here you will find a wide variety of answers to common questions.  If you do not see an answer to your question, please call or email White Rabbit and will be able to further assist you.

Branding your physical space means incorporating your overall company identity and personality into elements of the space. Whether you’re in a high-rise office or an open loft space, it should reflect your company’s values and incorporate existing visual brand elements. We do this utilizing different vinyl materials on painted surfaces, glass, wood and even carpet!

A company’s brand shouldn’t just be pretty; it should convey its reigning principles and show what’s important to the company. This isn’t just important to potential new hires, either. Your existing employees should have a work environment that shows the company cares about their daily experience. A branded office space also shows any visiting clients and prospects that the company has pride in its brand and stands behind it.

How do you envision your space? Will you have common spaces like a break room, spaces for meetings, and the entrance area as branding opportunities? Think about how to add graphic elements to all parts of your office. Picture a branded privacy film on glass for your conference rooms and wall decals to give each room an individual atmosphere. You can even use wall graphics to show off your work throughout the office.

Don’t forget your company logo in the entry area, as this still remains the visual point of recognition for your company. Accent the company logo with branded floor graphics or decals that instill company pride or other branding messages.

High-grade surface safe materials are printed with our HP latex printers, to produce long-lasting, vibrant displays that will add to your existing office environment.

The cost of office graphics will vary depending on the quality and uniqueness of the materials used. Chrome vinyl, iridescent acrylics, and graffiti-proof wallpapers, for example, are three specialty items that will increase the costs of corporate interior projects. Square footage, type of coverage area, and design complexity are also typically factored into project cost.

Installation times will vary depending on the amount of coverage, access to the area and coordination with onsite contacts. It’s always easiest to do all installations during the finishing time of a buildout project. This allows us to complete all the work before the furniture and employees are in place. If it’s not possible to gain access before, we can always arrange to install in areas not being used for the day as needed.
