Refund & Cancellation Policy
White Rabbit Wraps takes pride in delivering high-quality services and products.
Deposits
- All deposits for vehicle wrap services are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or production has begun.
Service Refunds
- Completed services including vehicle wraps, paint protection film, tinting, detailing, and coatings are non-refundable once the work has been completed.
Cancellations
- Appointments cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a refund of the deposit.
Product Purchases
- Unused merchandise may be returned within 7 days of purchase in original condition.
Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
