Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services provided by White
Rabbit Wraps, including vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, architectural graphics,
decals, paint protection film, window tinting, powder coating, and detailing. By
placing an order or approving a proof, you agree to these terms.
Quotes & Approvals
- All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
- Design proofs must be reviewed and approved in writing before production begins. Approval of proofs confirms spelling, colors, placement, and layout. We are not responsible for errors missed during proof review.
- For customer-provided designs, files must be supplied in print-ready vector format unless otherwise agreed.
Payment Terms
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start any project. The remaining balance is due upon completion or prior to vehicle pickup/release.
- Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or approved business check. Returned checks are subject to fees.
- Delays in payment may result in project delays and/or late fees.
Scheduling & Cancellations
- Installation dates are scheduled after proof approval and deposit payment.
- Rescheduling must be requested at least 3 business days in advance.
- Cancellations after material has been ordered will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Materials & Warranties
- We use high-quality, industry-standard vinyl and films (Avery, 3M, etc.) unless otherwise specified.
- Manufacturer warranties apply to materials, typically covering defects in the film itself — not damage caused by improper care, accidents, or environmental factors.
- Wraps and graphics are not guaranteed against damage from pressure washing, harsh chemicals, physical impact, or prolonged sun exposure without proper maintenance.
Installation Conditions – Vehicles
- Vehicles must be clean and free from rust, body damage, wax, and coatings before installation.
- Additional prep fees may apply for excessive dirt, adhesive residue, or paint correction.
- We are not responsible for paint lifting, peeling, or other damage on repainted, damaged, or factory-defective surfaces.
Installation Conditions – Architectural Graphics
- Surfaces must be clean, smooth, and free from dust, oil, or loose paint prior to installation.
- For wall graphics, fresh paint must cure for at least 14 days before installation.
- Window graphics require glass to be free from silicone, film residue, or coatings.
- Floor graphics require smooth, sealed, and dry surfaces.
- We are not responsible for adhesion failure caused by unsuitable surfaces or environmental conditions.
- Additional prep charges may apply if extra cleaning or surface preparation is required.
Design Rights & Usage
- All custom designs remain the property of White Rabbit Wraps unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Designs may not be reproduced, altered, or sent to another vendor without written permission.
- We reserve the right to photograph completed work for portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes.
Care & Maintenance
- Hand washing is recommended; avoid pressure washers and harsh chemicals.
- Promptly remove fuel, bird droppings, and other contaminants to prevent damage.
- For architectural graphics, clean with a soft cloth and mild soap; avoid abrasive cleaners.
- For paint protection film and ceramic coatings, follow care instructions provided at delivery
Limitation of Liability
- While every effort is made to meet deadlines, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (supplier issues, weather, illness, etc.).
- In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product in question.
